# プロジェクトを共有する

Archisketchでは、プロジェクトを他の人と簡単に共有できる2つの方法があります！\
Archisketchに登録しているユーザーには編集者または閲覧専用モードで共有でき、非会員にはプロジェクトリンクを通じてインテリア空間やレンダリングショットなどのコンテンツを共有できます。\
この機能を使えば、他の人とプロジェクトを手軽に協業したり見せたりできます。

## プロジェクトの共有方法

* プロジェクトで「もっと見る」をクリック
* 「プロジェクト共有」をクリック

### プロジェクト共有

プロジェクト共有はArchisketchに登録しているユーザーのみ利用できます。

* 閲覧専用: プロジェクトを編集できず、見るだけできます。
* 編集者: プロジェクトを編集して共同作業できます。

1. メンバー検索: ユーザーIDを全文入力しないと検索できません。
2. IDを選択し、\[閲覧専用] または \[編集者] を選択します。
3. 選択したメンバーに「共有する」ボタンをクリックして共有完了！
4. アクセス権限のあるメンバーに追加されたことを確認します。

#### 共有されたプロジェクトを確認する

共有されたユーザーはログイン後、\[マイプロジェクト > 共有プロジェクト] で確認できます！

### プロジェクトの公開

プロジェクトの公開を通じてArchisketchの非会員にもプロジェクトを共有できます。\
この機能では、図面、レンダリングショット、720ツアーなど、すべてのコンテンツを共有できます。\
ただし、レンダリングショットは最新の20枚のみ共有可能です。

**プロジェクトを公開する**

* 「プロジェクト共有 > 公開」タブをクリック
* 公開タイプを選択:
  * 閲覧専用リンク: Archisketchユーザーでなくてもリンクを通じてプロジェクトを閲覧できます。
  * プロジェクトをコピー可能なリンク: Archisketchユーザーはこのリンクでプロジェクトをコピーできます。
* 有効期限を選択します。(設定した期間の後、リンクは無効になります。)
  * 永久
  * 24時間
  * 14日
* ［プロジェクトを公開］ボタンをクリック
* Webサイトリンクが生成されたら、リンクをコピーするボタンをクリックし、好きな場所に貼り付けてみてください。
* 「リンクに移動」ボタンをクリックすると、そのままWebサイトへ移動できます！

プロジェクトの公開を取り消す

* 「プロジェクト共有 > 公開」タブへ移動
* プロジェクト公開の取り消しボタンをクリックすると、リンクは無効になります。

プロジェクトを公開すると、追加で作成したレンダリングショット、720ツアーなどがリアルタイムで表示され、図面を修正した場合もリアルタイムで反映されます。\
お客様や他の人に見せたいなら、プロジェクトをコピーして名前を区別し、作業用と共有用を分けて作業することをおすすめします！

## 共有されたプロジェクトを確認する

* 私が共有したプロジェクトは、私のプロフィールの横に共有された相手のプロフィールも一緒に表示されます。\
  また、マイプロジェクトで\[共有したプロジェクト]表示をオンにすると、私が共有したプロジェクトだけをまとめて見ることができます。

## 共有を解除する

プロジェクトの共有を解除するには、プロジェクトで［もっと見る］をクリックした後、プロジェクト共有を選択してください。\
その後、アクセス権限のあるメンバー一覧で共有を解除したいメンバーの横にある［削除］ボタンをクリックすればOKです。

## よくある質問

#### プロジェクトを共有しようとしているのに、ID検索ができません。

IDが検索されない場合は、まずArchisketchに登録したユーザーかどうか確認してください。\
ID（メールアドレス）の確認は、ページ右上のアカウントプロフィールで確認できます。\
もし登録ユーザーでない場合は、プロジェクト共有はできないので、先に登録を行ってください！
