Over the course of the month, we moved the floor plan editor, ceiling editor, parametric editor, map service, and consultation/estimate management into a touch environment one by one. Now, on-site, you can draw floor plans and refine estimates with just one tablet. We also put a lot of work into estimates and consultations. Estimate sheets can be exported to CSV and XML, registered consultations for a company can be viewed on a single page, and customer information is now automatically linked to consultations. The AI Agent can correct blurry floor plan photos on its own, and now it **draws floor plans from text alone.** The August update is broadly divided into five areas. **1. Full mobile and tablet support** **2. Estimate and consultation management** **3. Archisketch AI Agent** **4. Editor and Parametric** **5. Dashboard, credits, and others** *** ### 1. Full mobile and tablet support #### Use the editor with your fingers We adjusted the editor screen and controls so that key editing functions can also be used on mobile and tablets. The floor plan editor, parametric editor, first-person view, and architecture/material editor went in first in early August, followed by the tile editor, space partition editor, finishing material editor, render studio, and gallery in mid-month, and the ceiling editor (Surface Designer) at the end of the month. On mobile, the left panel changes into a bottom panel with three adjustable heights, and 2D/3D switching, zoom in/out, and capture are handled from the remote control on the right. It supports both finger input and Apple Pencil, and reliably distinguishes tap, drag, one-finger pan, and two-finger zoom. The tools and editing logic have been unified with desktop, so **the workflow is the same no matter which device you open it on.** For finger editing **Drag to draw**and **Long press to open the menu**we added them. You can draw lines or areas directly by hand, and actions that used to be available only through right-click—deleting, chamfering, and replacing moldings—can now also be done by touch. Tapping the top **New Project** card switches to full screen, where **My Home Finder, Floor Plan Editor, and Recommended Templates** you can choose from, and **View more templates**you can also filter by space type. We've added a button to go directly to the editor in the project detail screen header. You can also manage consultations and customers on mobile. In the consultation list, you can find consultations with search and status filters, and you can create them, change their status, connect or disconnect them from projects, and delete them. We also improved search on the consultation management page. We changed it so you can search consultation titles and customer names at once, and added a status filter and a view of all company consultations. If you search for an existing customer in the customer name field in consultation details and connect them, **phone number, email, address, detailed address, and memo**are filled in automatically. People with the same name are distinguished by the phone number shown alongside them. If there is no customer you want, **add new customer information**right away. At that time, the customer management screen opens in a new tab, so you don't have to worry about losing the consultation content you were working on. When you create, edit, or delete a consultation, or when customer information changes, the relevant screens update immediately. Enex orders will notify you before sending if the customer's phone number is blank. #### We consolidated the formula input tool into one The formula input for quotations and parameters has been unified into a **common input widget**tool. You can validate formulas even on screens with empty values, and it also supports autocomplete, error guidance, and previewing calculation results. The estimate sheet table management screen now shows displayed columns and hidden columns separately. Archisketch AI Agent #### The AI corrects blurry floor plan photos Low-quality floor plan photos often failed during 3D conversion. Now the AI Agent first checks the uploaded image status and, if needed, corrects it before attempting conversion. #### Creates floor plans from text alone You don't need a floor plan file. Editor and Parametric #### Fixed a BOM circular reference error If there is a circular reference in the part BOM, `Maximum call stack size exceeded` We fixed the issue where the editor and viewer would close due to an error. Now, if there is a circular reference or a missing part, **only that section is skipped** and the part is opened. We also added pre-validation so that new circular references are not created when adding, replacing, or drag-and-dropping parts. If a part with an existing circular reference has already been saved, the editor will explain the issue, and if it can be cleaned up, `Delete and save`you can immediately delete the incorrect BOM relationship ![BOM circular reference guide](https://2613077494-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FMWuDtKHjyUXqBIf7Q6Zw%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-7bdb9ee8d1343b5a45135bd090c760ec71871390%2F202608_README-10.png?alt=media) #### Ceiling editor error fixes We fixed the issue where no partition was created even when an area was enclosed with a line, **and widened the touch detection range for the guide lines,** making them easier to grab with your fingers. The indirect lighting tool that wasn't working was removed from the toolbar, and we also fixed the issue where placement mode wouldn't end after applying moldings or finishing materials. We also cleaned up the UI for narrow screens. We fixed issues where the step input value would fold into two lines, the zoom button would jump to the center of the canvas, or the mobile molding library would get cut off, and we don't show the minimap on small screens since it covered most of the display. #### Other improvements * **Added bounding box property to snap export**: Bounding box information is included in snap export/import, so copying is more accurate. * **Shared floor plan project migration**: Shared floor plans can be imported into projects and sessions, and targets can be selected more easily in the editing tools. *** ### 5. Dashboard, credits, and others #### Help now points directly to the screen We changed the old method where clicking Help opened outdated videos or images in a separate modal into **a step-by-step tutorial that points directly to features on the screen**Each step has a title and description, a spotlight turns on for the UI element being described, and the progress steps are shown `1 / 3` as numbers instead of dots. For pages that previously had no help **14 pages**we also added it to. These include orders, customers, project settings, trash, template creation, floor plan creation/editing/review, home, AI furniture uploads, and more. In the guide modal on the AI Agent page, **\[Get trial credits]** button, the credit will be issued immediately. The event runs until 26.09.10, and credits received will expire after 30 days. *** August was a month focused on taking the tools we used only at our desks out into the world. One by one, we moved things so you can open floor plans and refine estimates with just a tablet—at the store, on-site, or in the car while moving. 😊 There are still some things left to refine.
