# April 2026 Update
This April, handling drawings in the editor has become much more convenient.
In particular **the layer management feature has been significantly revamped**and
you can now quickly handle settings that are frequently adjusted during the design process, all in one place.

The biggest change is that the existing layer management page has been **Layer Management**and **Resource Management**split into two pages.
**Before change**used to bring together layer height settings, adding/creating layers, and checking the spaces and items included in each layer on a single page.
**After change**On the Layer Management page, you can now adjust not only layer height but also detailed settings such as floor area, slab thickness, and wall/floor transparency right away, and this panel is always visible on the right so your workflow stays uninterrupted.
The Resource Management page has been separated into a dedicated screen where you can review the spaces and items included in each layer at a glance.

In the Layer Management panel, **Net area**and **Net area + area including interior/exterior walls** you can check information right away and also directly edit the overall layer size.
However, please note that if you change the overall layer size, the wall, floor, and ceiling finishes edited in the finish editor will be reset to their default values,
and ceiling structures created in the ceiling editor will be deleted.
When making changes, the following notification message will appear.

**Slab Thickness** can also be set in the same Layer Management panel. When you change the input value, it is immediately applied to the entire layer.

**Wall and floor transparency**can now also be adjusted individually.
You can check it in both 2D and 3D, making it useful for drawing reviews or presentations.

There are also changes in Render Studio.
**Interior/Exterior Wall Hide Options**have been newly added, so wall transparency (culling) settings are reflected directly in the rendering results.
You can render with various combinations, such as making walls transparent, hiding only interior walls, or hiding only exterior walls.

**Specification Editor**now includes ceiling content.
A full ceiling drawing of the designed floor plan is automatically generated, allowing you to see the placement of ceiling items at a glance.

There is also good news for those who work in 3D mode.
Previously, it was only possible in 2D mode, **linear copy**is now also supported in 3D mode.

It has also become more convenient when handling multiple items at once.
**Group Properties**have been added, allowing you to select multiple items and set the angle, position, height, and more all at once.

Finally **the Parametric Editor**has also been improved. You can now copy and paste models, parametric part items, and entire items, and it works properly even between different browsers (e.g., Chrome ↔ Edge).
