Edit Furniture Information

You can edit the information of uploaded furniture.

Difference between product / group / part

Product

Definition

  • A product can be a single part or a set made up of multiple products.

Features

  • In the case of a set product, multiple products make up one group.

  • Even if you edit the product, partsare not automatically updated.

Example

  • Single product: "Desk A"

  • Set product: "Desk Set A (desk + bookcase + chair)"

parts

Definition

  • Parts are the individual elements that make up a product.

Features

  • The part name is usually the product name.

  • Even if you edit the product, the parts must be edited separately.

Example

  • Product: "Desk Set A"

  • Parts: "desk", "bookcase", "chair"

group

Definition

  • A group is a set that bundles multiple products according to specific criteria.

Features

  • Group criteria vary (e.g., color, type, etc.).

  • When editing a group parts, it does not affect

Example

  • Color-based group: "Red Collection (red desk, red chair)"

  • Type-based group: "Desk set (desk, chair)"

Key summary

  • Product: Single part or set.

  • parts: Individual elements that make up a product.

  • group: A set that groups multiple products by specific criteria.

Important points when editing

  • Edit product: Even if you edit a product, changes are not applied to that product's parts.

  • Edit group: Even if you edit a group, the parts included in the group must be edited separately.

Edit basic information

Basic information is the same as product information.

the product name

  • Default value: the product name entered at the initial upload.

  • Add translation values: You can add other languages. (English, Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese)

Brand

  • You can select from existing brands.

  • To add a brand that doesn't exist, please first add the brand in [Company Library] → [Brand Management].

Product Purchase Link

  • This is a link connected to the product.

Tag

  • If you set tags, the product will appear when you search for the tag in the editor.

Product code

  • If you set a product code, you can easily search by product code in the dashboard.

Product currency

  • Saves the product's currency.

  • It is reflected in the product pricing unit.

Created Date

  • You can see the product's initial upload date and time.

Modified Date

  • You can see the last time information was edited, such as product edits, category edits, and name edits.

Edit category

Step 1. Enter category editing

There are two ways to change a product's category.

  • Product list: At the top right of the product thumbnail [...] buttonclick → [Edit category] button

  • Product detail page: In the detail page [Category → Edit] click the button

Step 2. Select category location

  1. Category listappears, and you can check the currently set category at the top.

  2. Using the checkboxes, the location you want to displayselect it.

    1. You can turn off the current location, or select multiple categories if multiple displays are needed.

  3. Category after editingis displayed at the bottom of the list.

Bulk category change

You can also change categories for multiple products at once.

  1. Select the products to change.

  2. Click [Bulk edit → Edit category] in the top menu.

  3. Select the desired locations with the checkboxes.

Product group

You can check the product group in two places on the detail page.

  • Using the product group toggle button: Press the toggle to check the currently included parts and group criteria.

  • Right-hand list: Click a part to view its details.

Edit option information

  1. When you press the [Edit] button, the option information edit window appears.

  2. You can edit the items below.

    • Classification basis

    • Option name

  3. Check the edited content and complete saving.

Edit product information

You can edit part information.

Thumbnail image management, 3D model checking, and AR viewer access can all be checked and managed here.

  1. Check thumbnail: When you upload a product, thumbnails taken from six angles are automatically provided by default.

  2. Change thumbnail: You can replace the product thumbnail by uploading an image yourself.

    1. If you want to apply a thumbnail from another angle, use the thumbnail download function to download the desired image, then upload a new image to replace the thumbnail.

  3. Download Thumbnail: The currently selected thumbnail will be downloaded in PNG format.

  1. Check 3D modeling

When you enter the editor, you can edit the product's material and size.

  • Change furniture size

    1. Click the top layer in the layer window at the top right. (Select all)

      1. Individual size editing is not possible; changes can only be made globally.

    2. If you proceed in the order [Save] → [OK] → [Exit], furniture upload will begin.

      1. While rendering is in progress, the product will not be searchable or visible in the editor.

  • Change furniture material

    • If you click the material area directly in the viewer or click the layer section in the layer window on the right, the [Material] tab becomes active.

    • After editing the material, click [Save] to start re-rendering the furniture.

  1. Change 3D modeling:

    1. This function lets you replace the modeling file while keeping the product information.

    2. Only ZIP file format is supported.
