Account management

Easily set roles and permissions for company members to make team management and security more efficient!

What is account management?

Account management is a function for setting the roles of company members and managing permissions.

Main features

  • Edit member roles: You can edit the roles of company members.

  • Remove member: You can remove a specific member from the service.

Access permissions for the Account Management tab

  • Admin: Can edit all roles

  • Manager: Can edit Designer and No Role roles

  • Designer, No Role: No access to the Account Management tab

How to manage accounts

For the account you want to edit, [Settings] please click the icon.

Edit role

  • You can edit roles from the [Settings → Edit Account] menu.

Change active status

  • You can change the active status from the [Settings → Deactivate Account] menu.

Delete account

  • You can delete the account from the [Settings → Delete Account] menu.

Edit category

  • You can classify and manage accounts by folder.

  • If you want to organize them, first create a folder and then assign the accounts to that folder.

Permissions by account role

Role
Permissions

Admin (admin account)

Can freely edit company settings / Has permission to create and delete all projects

Manager

Has the same permissions as Admin / Multiple Manager accounts can be created / Cannot edit company settings

Designer

Can create content and delete their own content / Cannot delete content created by other users

No Role

Can access only My Projects, Photo Studio, and Personal Library

In some companies, the permission structure may vary depending on company policies or settings.

The number of tabs visible on the dashboard differs for each account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there no way to invite users?

The account invitation feature is not supported. Instead, users can directly sign upfrom the login page and be added as members. After signing up, you can check the added members in the Account Management list.
