# All Projects

## What is All Projects?

A feature that lets users with certain permission levels view projects created within the same company in one place.

* Users with No role cannot see the All Projects tab.

**All Projects access permissions by role**

## Manage folders

In the All Projects tab, you can organize projects by folder for efficient management.

Works the same way as managing folders in My Projects.

**How to move folders**

1. Create a new folder
   * First, create a new folder to organize your projects.
2. Select multiple projects
   * Select the projects to move one by one, or use the multi-select function to select several at once.
3. Click \[Move to folder]
   * After selecting, click the \[Move to folder] button and choose the folder name to move them to.
4. Confirm move
   * Click the folder to check whether the projects were moved correctly.

**Delete folder**

Even if you delete the folder **the projects inside are not deleted**! What is deleted is **the folder** only the folder itself, and the projects remain as they are, so you can organize with peace of mind.
