All Projects

You can view and manage, at a glance, the projects worked on by members of the company!

What is All Projects?

This feature lets users with at least a certain permission level view projects created within the same company.

• The All Projects tab is not visible to No role users.

Manage folders

In the All Projects tab, you can organize projects by folder for efficient management.

It works the same way as managing folders in My Projects.

How to move folders

1. Create a new folder

   • First, create a new folder to organize your projects.

2. Select multiple projects

   • Select the projects to move one by one, or use the multi-select feature to choose several.

3. Click [Move folder]

   • After selecting, click the [Move folder] button and choose the folder name to move them to.

4. Check the move

   • Click that folder to confirm the projects were moved correctly.

Delete folder

Even if you delete a folder the projects inside are not deletedOnly what gets deleted is the folder itself; the projects remain, so you can organize them with peace of mind.
