2.1. Shopify: How to Install the App

Shopify is an official partner of Archisketch, making it possible to install the plugin with just a few clicks.

❗️ Only the admin account can proceed with the integration

To proceed with the Archisketch integration, an Archisketch Enterprise Admin Account(Admin) is required. If you do not have an admin account, you will not be able to complete the integration process.

Installation Steps

The Archisketch ↔️ Shopify Installation/Integration Process is completed in two main steps:

1. Request/Create an Enterprise Admin Account.

2. Install the Archisketch App(Shopify)

Please follow the steps in order, starting with [1️⃣ Request/Create an Enterprise Admin Account] and continuing to [2️⃣ Install the Archisketch App(Shopify)], to complete the integration process!

Request/Create an Enterprise Admin Account

📘 Already have an Enterprise Admin Account?

If you already have an Enterprise Admin Account, feel free to skip this step. 🙇‍♂️

Anyone who has purchased the Archisketch Enterprise Service is eligible to obtain an Enterprise Admin Account.

If you do not have an Enterprise Admin Account(Admin), please create an account through Archisketch ChannelTalk or Contact Us.

Archisketch integration is a 1:1 integration process between the Shopify admin account and the Archisketch admin account.

Install the Archisketch Plugin (Shopify)

Enter the Shopify App Store and search for Archisketch

Enter Shopify App Store, search for Archisketch.

and click the [Install Button] button to proceed with the App installation.

Start integrating with Archisketch

2-1. On the access permission consent screen, click [Install App] to start integrating with Archisketch.

2-2. If you enter Archisketch Connector, press the [Check Integration] button on the page and follow the steps to complete the Archisketch integration.

Log in with your Enterprise Admin Account

Please log in with your Enterprise Admin Account.

Install the Archisketch script

To activate the Archisketch script installed on your Shopify website, simply click the [Install Script] button. Once clicked, the script will be automatically installed.

Installation complete

Archisketch integration is complete!

Please check the bottom-right corner of your Shopify website to confirm that the Archisketch button has been created. Now, leverage the integrated Archisketch to provide a 3D interior experience and host various events to secure new revenue and potential customers.

When installation is completed normally, the installation completion page appears.

Customer information provided by Shopify

When existing members log in to the website or new members register, their customer information is automatically integrated with Archisketch.

Customer Profile Information

Types	Descriptions
shop	Unique Store ID in Shopify.
customer_id	A unique identifier for each member (e.g., member ID).
name	Member's name.
firstName	Member's first name.
lastName	Member's last name.
nickname	Member's nickname.
email	Member's e-mail address.

How to Uninstall (Delete) Archisketch

To uninstall or delete the Archisketch plugin from your Shopify website:

1. Log into your Shopify Admin Dashboard.

2. Go to the App section in the sidebar.

3. Find the Archisketch App in the list of installed App List.

4. Click on the Delete button to completely remove the plugin from your Shopify installation.

By clicking the [Delete] button, Archisketch will be automatically deleted. Even if the plugin is deleted, all previously accumulated data within Archisketch will not be removed.
